Commodities are coming off a 12-year bear market. We believe they are now in a bull market and have further to run (similar to 2000-2008). Rising energy prices will be the main reason for the bull market and not offering incentives for energy producers (and in fact doing the opposite) today only makes the commodity story more compelling.
