Andrew Molnar started with THOR in September of 2012 as an investment research analyst. Since that time, Andrew has learned to wear many hats at THOR. In addition to being a member of the Investment Committee, Andrew works on trading, building client relationships, and heads the New Business Development Committee. Andrew graduated from The University of Dayton in 2012 with a double major in Finance & Entrepreneurship. During his time at Dayton, he developed a passion for understanding the mechanics of capital markets and what makes a business successful from the ground up. Andrew is a creative, out of the box thinker with a good eye for detail. He is focused on continued education as he successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter-holder. He is also an avid reader of all things business, economics, and human behavior.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys just about anything that gives him a chance to be active whether that be tennis, golf, basketball, bowling, or running. He goes on annual golf trips with a group of friends and another one with a father/son group. Andrew finds joy in traveling to new places. He and his wife, Molly, enjoy not just traveling to new places, but also planning the adventure. One of their favorite trips was when they visited friends in California and drove down the Pacific Coast Highway. Andrew currently lives with his wife and young daughter in Terrace Park. Upon moving to Terrace Park, Andrew became a certified EMT and volunteers with Terrace Park's EMS. He also teaches an investment and finance enrichment class at St. Gertrude School in Madeira.
